Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will test and refine the product vision. You will work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Senior Leadership, and Business Partners to understand each project and what defines success while designing corresponding readiness test plans. You will be empowered to provide feedback and recommendations on how Software as a function can improve. This is an entry-level position.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 0-1 year of experience in quality assurance/quality control
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
  • Basic understanding of coding
  • Familiar with performing Root Cause Analysis and creating Dev tickets
  • Highly detail and procedure oriented

Location

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this position must be willing to work onsite full-time.
