Description The Analyst position will assist in completing projects related to the Milliman Advanced Risk Adjusters (MARA) software product. The role includes providing analytical support to all aspects of this rapidly growing product business, including research and development, sales and marketing, client support, and software development. Tasks will include working collaboratively with data scientists to build new risk adjustment models using predictive modeling and other powerful analyses, working with software developers to complete model testing and maintenance, and development of user documentation and client support materials. The Team The MARA analytical team supports all areas of product development and support. They work closely with software developers and client services to ensure high quality output is produced that meets the needs of users, and they create materials designed to assist in client training and support. The analytical team also works closely with healthcare actuaries, clinicians, data scientists, and other professionals from various Milliman practices. Employees balance working independently and collaborating with other team members on a variety of projects concurrently. Location The expected application deadline for this job is March 18th, 2025.
