We are currently seeking a Project Scheduler to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:

Duties:



  • Conduct scheduling and project analyst assistance supporting the manufacturing of airborne assets
  • Tasking will include scheduling, analyzing data, reviewing reports, capturing & reporting metrics, and tasking as assigned
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
  • Develop briefings
  • Must be able to utilize, maintain, and analyze existing (and participate in development of new) schedules, reports, data, and financial information in support of customer
  • Must be able to participate in technical interchange meetings (TIMs) as required, capture, and publish meeting minutes


Desired Education:



  • BA/BS in Business Administration preferred


Desired Experience:



  • Three years of project management, ideally within DoD
  • Manufacturing experience and/or PMP certification preferred
  • Requires a high level of experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite products and a pre-existing broad understanding of manufacturing schedules and business processes


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $38,958.40-$101,648.64 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
