People and Culture Department The People & Culture (P&C) Team at Vantage is lean, effective, well-respected, and growing. Unlike other organizations where P&C functions are limited to administrative oversight, our P&C professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. Each member of our P&C team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment. Position Overview This role is remote. Vantage is seeking a detail oriented and proactive HRIS Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As an HRIS Specialist, you will support the utilization and optimization of our new recognition platform Achievers while also playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Workday system. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, as well as driving system efficiencies to support our People & Culture (P&C) strategy. This role requires an understanding of P&C processes, systems, and data management, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
