Job Description:

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for the management of technical systems for auxiliary service(s) application programs (i.e. Odyssey, CBORD, etc.) that support student transactions utilizing their campus ID cards. Conducts analysis of system(s) server environment and user requirements to determine the best method of solutions, troubleshooting server and application problems, and proposing and implementing software and hardware changes when needed. Coordinates planning for adding new hardware, firmware, and operating system software.

• Processes and coordinates the reconciliation (i.e. loading funds, balance transfers/refunds/credits, close-out, etc.) of meal plans at the beginning and ending of each semester respectively. Monitors, supports, and troubleshoots meal plan issues with Trinity Dining and other stakeholders/departments, both internal and external to the University.

• Performs monthly review and analysis of Profit & Loss statements. Prepares presentations to report financial performance as needed. Assists with developing and monitoring annual revenue and expense budgets for auxiliary services. Monitors Key Performance Indicators.

• Manages auxiliary support functions to include processing of invoices and payments from vendors, annual renewals for technical system contracts and service agreements, monthly departmental billing for Tiger Bucks, vending transaction reconciliations, and other related duties.

• Performs other daily administrative duties include attending relevant meetings, timely correspondence with campus stakeholders, and partnering with the Emergency Management/Access Control office for updates to Tiger Card functionality. Schedules regular meetings of the Dining Advisory Committee and coordinates customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shopper programs.

• Secures and implements necessary hardware for point of sale devices/requirements across campus. Troubleshoots and resolves any issues with these devices.

• Develops and provides regular (daily, monthly) status/transactional reports and correspondence to relevant stakeholders in the Business Office, Student Financial Services, Trinity Dining, and administration.

EDUCATION

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

• Experience above what is minimally required may substitute for education on a year for year basis.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Five years of related experience coordinating programs, analyzing data and/or processing reconciliations.

• Education above what is minimally required may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred:

• Experience working in auxiliary services in higher education.

• Knowledge of Odyssey PCS, CBORD, auxiliary systems.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows 2003 and 2008 Server, Storage Area Networks, and Local Area Network technologies.
