OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mobile Growth Product Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Mobile Growth team for Copilot. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing cross-channel strategies to drive product adoption at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Integrated Marketing teams, Global Advertising, Media, Creative, Finance, Business Planning, and more to develop experimental solutions to drive Copilot mobile growth targeting consumers.The Copilot marketing team drives the Product Strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) Approach, Planning, and Execution to introduce consumer Copilot experiences to the market. We do this by understanding customer needs and the competitive landscape to drive sustainable growth.This role will own and manage the ASO and paid media strategy for the consumer Copilot appMicrosoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesSet mobile business goals and objectives and work Global Ads and Media teams to develop paid campaigns that meet those goals.Optimize app store listings and performance: to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and user engagement, utilizing keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: including Product, Media, and Analytics to align paid media efforts with overall business goals and product launches.Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics: to continuously refine strategies, ensure ROI, and drive improvements in customer acquisition costs and user lifetime value.Strategic Recommendations: Craft and deliver compelling strategic proposals to senior leadership - across Marketing and Product teams - highlighting emerging opportunities and critical market trends. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.Apply Systems Thinking: to challenge working models and create efficiencies and opportunities for more scale.Be a mobile SME: consistently having a finger on the pulse of competitive landscape, channel and infrastructure changes, and consumer trends.Creative sense: deliver strong market and product insights that drive creative development.
