Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday(Might include occasional Saturday) / 12:15 PM to finish

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.25 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

This position includes moving product or materials to and from trucks, racks, and other locations in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools, industrial vehicles, or manually as required. Short-term assignments at warehouse facilities around Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages that need extra help. Job duties may vary within the Forklift role by location. Work days/Shifts - if applicable: 5 or 6 days per week(either Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday) however, schedule will be determined by location needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in replenishing and packing of inventory for timely shipment when applicable
  • Daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck battery and lubricating equipment
  • Use forklift to move pallets of finished product to staging area or specified warehouse location after wrapping
  • Performs all tasks in a safe manner to ensure quality, service, and cost objectives
  • Accurately and safely selecting product according to the customer's order specifications
  • Load and unload safely Coca Cola Southwest Beverages product onto or from delivery vehicles and pallets
  • Pulling and preparing product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
  • Perform loading and unloading duties in an efficient and safe manner that meets service, quality and performance standards
  • Arrange stock in specified sequence for distribution by other warehouse workers (when applicable)
  • Repetitive manual handling of cases of finished goods and other products when replenishing product
  • Maintain the facilities equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 0 to 3 years of general work experience
  • 1 plus years of warehouse/stocking/forklift experience
  • Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment is preferred
  • Experience using (or ability to use) tools and equipment including box cutters, electric or manual pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
