Summary: Voith Paper is a part of the Voith Group and is a supplier to the paper industry. We are looking for highly motivated candidates for entry level technical positions in North America through our Regional Graduate Program (RGP). This program utilizes an initial rotational training program for up to 18 months. The job rotations expose RGP members to all aspects of our business: Manufacturing, Application Engineering and Field Sales/Service. Candidates are expected to work at Voith locations such as Florence (MS), Appleton (WI), and Savannah (GA). The end result is a salaried position in the area that is the best fit for both Voith and the individual. Candidates should have a 4 year degree or be completing one soon. Engineering or Science degrees are typical, but not required. Exposure to the paper industry or other industrial settings would be beneficial, but is not required. This comprehensive training and diverse experience ensure that RGP candidates gain a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the company and find the best fit for their skills and interests at the end of the program. This program offers mentorship that is invaluable for personal and professional growth!We are seeking two candidates to start simultaneously, which we believe will foster better information exchange and provide a partner to confide in and compare notes with. This includes: Manufacturing processes and product optimization The paper-making process and how our products fit Troubleshooting our products in operation on paper machines Selling skills and building of customer relations to Product Application.
