Our continued success and future goals have produced a need for a Warehouse and Receiving Supervisor in Wichita, KS.

3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 10:30PM-6:30AM CST
How you will do it:
Manage daily deliveries to the facility and responsible for inventory level and accuracy
Supervise a team to develop, articulate and maintain the receiving process
Support the logistics strategies to optimize product delivery from the suppliers to warehouse management and inventory systems
Coordinate the supply and distribution of materials and goods used by the warehouse and receiving departments
Ensure all products and services are procured on time, know all warehouse and logistics functions
Collect and organize data for company reporting, including process metrics per JCI standards
Responsible for leading/coordinating initiatives by identifying best practices and utilizing processes improvement methodologies to improve operating efficiencies and receiving processes
Supervise various aspects of supply-chain management and work closely with the cycle counting team for inventory accuracy
Responsible to assure correct use of FIFO, audit material discrepancies and manage transactions in the system
Maintain simple databases and/or spreadsheets
Manage 'at risk' deliveries by troubleshooting with procurement and product control
Perform additional duties as assigned
What we look for:
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to be an effective communicator with all levels of internal customers, staff, and management
2 years of experience on similar job.
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment and/or customer-facing role
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
Be able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local Codes
