You'll manage a talented team of analysts and a Sales Compensation Manager, delivering timely reports and fulfilling ad hoc requests with precision. Coordinate with customers and distributors to maintain compliance and business standards, while implementing cutting-edge sales excellence tools and processes. Take charge of creating and managing Sales Compensation plans for our US businesses, monitoring performance to guide strategic financial planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting tools and drive strategic initiatives. Make a significant impact across our entire organization and push the boundaries of what's possible!

Responsibilities

Team Leadership- 70%



  • Coach analysts upon determined best practices
  • Oversee staff workload, ensuring work is processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Partner with Marketing Team to ensure execution of campaigns
  • Manage assigned operating expense plans of each team
  • Manage escalated issues that develop within the teams
  • Develop and implement tools to ensure compliance with established practices and protocols. Ensure process and procedure documentation is kept current
  • Manage monitoring of performance to ensure compliance with technical practices and protocols
  • Act as key contact for high profile customers in servicing their order management needs
  • Develop and implement tools and process to ensure compliance to established practices and protocol
  • Research industry for best practices and implement those that are applicable on an ongoing basis
  • Manage Insurance Tool and collection of insurance data to provide insight into market trends for managed care and reimbursement trends.
  • Manage all system enhancement and process change impacts within department
  • Collaborate with department managers to create reporting for monthly performance metrics
  • Create and maintain Sales Compensations plans and programs on a monthly basis



Monitor and Measure Performance - 20%



  • Manage reporting and data analysis to provide information to support business needs and guide strategic targeting
  • Develop tools to optimize and consolidate Consumer Programs reporting
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly metrics are being communicated
  • Collaborate with Management team to ensure accurate measurements and reporting
  • Develop measurement and monitoring tools to ensure compliance to protocols



Inter-Departmental Interactions - 10%

Secure Start Services Team



  • Actively contribute as a leader to overall strategy development, goal setting, consistent execution and building of a strong performance-driven, team-based culture
  • Collaborate with Management teams to ensure reporting and analysis needs, including recommendations, are met
  • Listen to understand training needs and provide feedback regarding associates improvement needs and protocols
  • Collaborate with department managers to create reporting for monthly performance metrics



Work Experience Requirements



  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience


Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.



  • This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan. The Company also provides a unique Benefit of Employee Share Ownership Program (BESOP) program based on earnings and length of service.
