Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Assistant to join the team at Card Fulfillment Services in North Mankato, MN! In this role, you will be performing a variety of tasks related to getting customer orders prepared for shipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance

• Matches up gift cards with their corresponding backing & specified packaging

• Uses a computer to verify and check orders for completion

• Folds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to direction

Your Shift:

• 1st Shift: 8am - 4pm, Tuesday - Friday

You Must Have:

• Ability to regularly use a computer for your job tasks, as well as willingness to be trained to use computer programs to complete customer orders

• Logical thinking and ability to problem-solve

• Attention to detail and ability to match corresponding items together

• Willingness to be cross-trained on a variety of tasks & functions as needed

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $15 - $18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
