Job Description: Monitors and evaluates the adherence to procedures for case/call reviews for the Lines of Business to ensure items processed correctly. Assesses the actions/decisions of others as it relates to applicable Procedures, Regulatory compliance and Federal and/or State guidelines. Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review. Provides information to assist in the coaching and formal education process of employees that performed the tasks. Identifies and escalates risk. This job is responsible for conducting routine analysis, research, and investigations in diversified compliance operations aligned to the banks Financial Crimes Enterprise Policy and the Financial Crimes Global Standard. Key responsibilities include executing against regulatory requirements and economic sanctions compliance practices, understanding and anticipating inherent risks to the business, and building and maintaining business relationships.
