Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned) 25%- Set up and maintain a neat and orderly work station. Stock bars with items such as ice, glassware, condiments, and bar supplies, etc., before and during each shift. 25%- Fill liquor inventory based on the required par stock of the individual bar(s). Maintain inventory for all items throughout the entire shift, based on the needs of the bartender. 25%- Assist in clearing unnecessary items from the bar and cocktail service area. Wash glassware. 25%- Clean up after accidents, such as broken glass, in the bar area. Assist other Team Members when time permits, may include food running for the bar. Follow through with appropriate check out with manager. Other duties requested by management. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests and the public. Math Skills: Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Computer Skills: The individual must have the ability to work with in-house POS computer program. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Other: Additional Physical Demands: The Team Member may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, taste and smell for up to 1/3 of the work shift, climb or balance for 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift and stand, walk and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the shift.
