Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree: Focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Experience: Extensive experience in various HR roles, project management and global experience. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, particularly those involving organizational change and integration. Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving organizational initiatives. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
