* Estimated annual base pay: $102,400 (minimum) - $128,000 (midpoint) - $153,600 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and coordinating project activities.
    • Resource Allocation: Ensuring that human resources are effectively allocated to projects, including staffing, scheduling, and task assignments.
    • Monitoring Progress: Tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, department heads, and executives, to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Change Management:

    • Integration Processes: Overseeing the integration of new processes, systems, or organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
    • Training and Development: Implementing training programs to help employees adapt to new systems, processes, or roles resulting from project work or organizational changes.
    • Employee Support: Providing support to employees during transitions, including addressing concerns and facilitating a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management:

    • Recruitment and Hiring: Identifying staffing needs for projects, recruiting, and hiring the right talent to meet project requirements.
    • Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans if necessary.
    • Career Development: Supporting employee career growth and development through training, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Collaboration and Team Building:

    • Team Dynamics: Building effective project teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with different departments to ensure cohesive project execution and to leverage diverse expertise.
    • Cultural Integration: Promoting a positive organizational culture and ensuring that new hires or changes align with the company's values and culture.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that HR practices and project activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
    • Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks related to human resources and project execution, and developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree: Focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.

Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

Extensive experience in various HR roles, project management and global experience.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, particularly those involving organizational change and integration.

Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving organizational initiatives.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
