Facilitates daily postal operations including sorting and distributing inner office mail, USPS and FedEx/UPS mail and packages at the Johnson County Administration Building and the Johnson County Courthouse, answering postal inquiries, and maintaining postal software and programming with the appropriate account representatives.
Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service is required. Proficiency utilizing computers and standard software in an office setting is also required. Associate's degree is preferred. Experience in a call center environment, bookkeeping or accounting support experience is preferred. Experience can substitute for education. Education can substitute for experience. Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency. |
