  • Estimated annual base pay: $100,800.00(minimum) - $126,000.00(midpoint) - $151,200.00(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Program Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Program Manager is responsible for managing projects and project team activities in the development and launch of new products or derivatives. Program Manager will direct and influence the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction and QDRC. This person can sit at one of our campuses in Rockford- IL, Niles- IL, or Fort Collins- CO.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage multiple projects related to NPI, automation, electronics, and manufacturing from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, supply chain, and production, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest advancements in NPI, automation, electronics, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time may be required as determined by business need.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on NPI, automation, electronics, and manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and electronics.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
