Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, HR professional to lead Human Resources for our NAM Automotive team. In this role, you will provide Strategic HR Business support to our Automotive team in the US. You will develop and implement strategies including, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational design, and the development of key talent. This role will report to the EVP of HR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to support business goals, champion change, provide strategic advice and information on policy and compliance.
- Assure that all HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Compensation, Benefits and Recognition Rewards are aligned and in compliance with organizational initiatives and local regulations.
- Engage in meaningful conflict resolution and handling employee issues and concerns.
- Aide and advise leadership members on new hires and terminations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, HR best practices, and changes in labor laws and regulations, and proactively recommend adjustments to HR policies and practices as needed.
- Manage local HR team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR Management, or similar relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic, ability to develop effective HR strategies and initiatives in line with business objectives.
- Current and in-depth knowledge of US best practice, compliance, and legal regulations
- High level of cross-cultural awareness.
- Experience in multinational environment a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and project management ability and experience.
- High ethics and integrity
- Up to 25% travel
