Job Scope: At Diasorin, we are dedicated to advancing science for life through innovative solutions that improve health care worldwide. As a HR Generalist with Shared Services, you will play a critical role in driving employee and leadership development, fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role combines tactical HR support with a strong focus on coaching to empower employees and leaders to achieve their full potential. As a trusted advisor, you will provide consultative guidance on performance management, leadership development, and HR best practices while addressing inquiries and service requests from stakeholders at all levels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
