Role Overview: Are you a strategic and execution-oriented leader passionate about advancing analytics capabilities and fostering enterprise collaboration? The Strategic Insights team is seeking an experienced executive to lead as the Head of Analytics, Strategy & Experience Insights, a pivotal leadership role within the Analytics Center of Excellence. This role is critical in driving collaboration to champion analytics as a strategic enabler and deliver measurable business impact.
As a senior leader, you will guide top strategies and decisions, oversee customer and agent journey analytics, and establish best practices for data-driven decision-making. You will act as a key enabler for enterprise-wide analytics maturity, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams to create transformative solutions that enhance satisfaction, performance, and strategic alignment.
Your thought leadership and strong communication skills will position you as a trusted advisor to top leaders, steering the organization toward becoming a fully insights-driven, AI-enabled enterprise. What you'll do:
- Strategic Leadership:Act as a key leader within the Analytics Center of Excellence, driving the integration of advanced analytics and AI into enterprise decision-making and long-term strategy development.
- Insights Leadership:Drive insights that shape enterprise strategies, with a strong emphasis on customer and agent experiences. Lead initiatives that generate sustainable, long-term value grounded in analytics.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:Partner with enterprise leadership teams, to deliver data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decisions by executing on analytics opportunities.
- Advanced Analytics Execution:Design, manage, and oversee quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve complex business challenges. Translate findings into actionable recommendations communicated in an easy-to-digest manner.
- Analytics Enablement:Foster a culture of insights collaboration across business units, sharing best practices and enabling teams to effectively use data, analytics, and AI to create enterprise value.
- AI Integration: ChampionAI-driven capabilities into analytics workflows, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of innovation.
- Executive Communication and Presence:Provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior executives, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and demonstrating strong executive presence.
- Team Leadership and Development:Mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering collaboration with adjacent teams to deliver enterprise-wide impact.
- Insights-Driven Culture Building:Advocate for and lead the organization toward becoming fully data-driven by ensuring the right tools, processes, and mindsets are in place across teams and functions.

- Strong Technical Acumen:Proficiency with SQL,Knowledge of Python for data analysis,Understanding of GenAI and its application for analytics workflows,Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics,Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, with a focus on scaling analytics capabilities and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong expertise analytics frameworks, techniques and advanced analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to translate data into compelling insights that drive action and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in analytics and experience integrating these capabilities into business workflows.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and building enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Pay Transparency Salary Range:$155,000-$267,500 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
