To work #bettertogether, we operate with a hybrid working model. For those near a hub location, we gather in our office locations three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For the remaining days, we work from home.

This individual will be a key contributor to our team by overseeing the sales productivity tools that are being used by the reps to ensure that content is up to date and aligned with our customer's needs. This person will also assist in building out training and curriculum for the new hires on the healthcare and commercial side. This person will be responsible for better adoption and engagement of our toolset to help the reps be more effective in their roles and accelerate win rates. This is a part-time role (more than 30 hours per week and less than 40 hours per week).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current content within Highspot repository and evaluate usage
  • Build out a new repository hierarchy to support both businesses
  • Onboard all new employees to tool
  • Work with SME's to build out appropriate content to help accelerate our sales cycle
  • Work with SDR team to upskill on tools
  • Build out curriculum within Brainshark to support both sales teams
  • Manage Brainshark tool via user groups, scorecards, coaching and training curriculum.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all content used by theSales New Hire Onboarding programs globally
  • Use your skills to define and own the onboarding strategy, drive execution of global programs & communicate business impact
  • Lead and manage the creation and maintenance curricula and
  • Operationalize the "how" of how customer-facing teams will utilize sales tools to execute their role in the customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Assist with cadences
  • Stay apprised of all upcoming functionality by our software vendor and provide role-based updates to our GTM organization
  • Collaborate with various Press Ganey teams to help create and manage learning content for our solutions
  • Manage a reinforcement plan for those onboarding cohorts
  • Work with Field Leadership to ensure our audiences have demonstrated competency
  • Work closely with Revenue Ops partners to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness across the team. Establish relevant metrics to measure and report on performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience managing or using a sales productivity tool. Bonus if you haveexperience with Highspot, Brainshark or Outreach.
  • 3+ years of CSM or Sales Experience. Understands sales cycles.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results
  • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs/curriculum for quota carrying positions who have a variety of solutions that they can present to their buyer
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
