Licensed Practical Nurse Full-Time Days Ortho/Neuro

Job Description:

Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Creates a positive customer service environment.

Essential Duties:

• Assessment and identification of all patient needs
• Implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service Responsibility:
• Maintains Nursing Care Plan
• Maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care established by the Registered Nurse
• Assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.
