Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved With minimal guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of product support duties following well defined procedures and processes in one or more of the following functions: raw stock, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stockroom, stock handling, clean operations, parts handling, etc. PROCUREMENT/RECEIVING Coordinate and administer needed documentation corrections to support material receiving transactions for all OEM Production Suppliers. Process Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions at the receiving department Maintain Procurement Metrics for Pre-Receipt Withhold Notices at a manageable level. PROCUREMENT Process Material Withhold Notices (MWNs) RTV/Obtain supplier corrections clearing inspection requirements for all OEM Production Suppliers Maintain Procurement Metrics for MWNs at a manageable level. Process Debit Memos for all functions of OEM Production Purchasing to support RTV needs and Accounts Payables Debits Maintain Procurement Metrics for Debit Memos at a manageable level. DROP SHIP PROCUREMENT Organize and process incoming receiving and shipping documentation to support the drop shipment process from Parker Suppliers to Parker Customers. RAW STOCK SHIPPING RECEIVING STOCKROOM PARTS HANDLING * 2-3 years of product support or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform described position responsibilities. This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
