Actively contribute to proposal writing, project planning, and outreach activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	A Ph.D. in materials science, physics or chemistry with expertise in glass or ceramics science, engineering, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on experimental research. Demonstrated expertise in glass science or ceramics, including synthesis, characterization, and property evaluation. Proven track record of publishing in reputable scientific journals. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Experience mentoring students or leading research teams is highly desirable.
