Our client has consolidated over 40 instances of SAP S4/HANA from on-premise into Azure. With Wave 3 planned for later this year, they will be adding another 15 countries across EMEA to their Azure environment. The Azure Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for helping proactively evaluate the existing Azure ERP environment, identify opportunities for improvement and drive them from PoC through implementation. The Azure Infrastructure Lead should have expert level understanding of Azure services for compute, storage, networking, virtual machines and data protection, as well as, familiarity working in environments that leverage a code-based approach (Infrastructure as Code). Knowledge of Azure's product roadmap and ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve existing architecture and drive Operational Excellence from a DevSecOps is crucial.
