*Description*
-Customer spare part order communication via phone and email -Part quotes and price look ups -Placing part orders with suppliers through system -Following up on delivery times and order status -Invoicing customer -Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings -Keeping lists of warranty items shipped to customers, keeping track of warranty parts to be returned to NENA/NSC -Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements -Check spare parts pricing - compare quotes from Germany to the prices in computer system -Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties *Skills* Customer service, order entry, order processing, purchase order, invoice processing, billing customer service, order management, bilingual *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Customer Service - Microsoft office (basic excel) - Bilingual a plus but not required - ERP skills a plus *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.50 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Swedesboro,NJ. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 17, 2025.
