Description Team of 3 Desktop support technicians to help with set up of newly acquired offices. There are 2 new offices that will need to be set up, one in Palm Coast and one in Port Orange. There will be about a 2 week gap between the 2 projects, but ideally we can have the same people for both. Palm Coast: 1 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY # 200 PALM COAST, FL 32164 Planning to begin setup the week of 2/3, but would want a week to get the contractors coached and trained up so ideal start date would be 1/27. Setup for this location will probably take about 6 business days(most likely wrapping up around 2/10 or 2/11). There's around 60 devices for this location. Port Orange: 1726 DUNLAWTON AVE PORT ORANGE, FL 32127 Plan to begin setup on 3/3. If we can have the same 3 contractors move right onto Port Orange, we won't need training time, however, if any of them will be new to POR, we need that additional week of training time again. Setup here will probably take 4-5 business days. There's around 50 devices for this location. Day to day consisting of core IT set up(computer, monitors, telephones etc.). Unboxing equipment and setting everything up, then logging in to make sure everything works. Working with tier 2 for install escalations.
