Role Overview: As an Advisor Services Relationship Manager, you will be crucial in supporting Financial Advisors with client account setups and inquiries. You'll also provide training and usability support for our online resources. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Financial Advisors with new client and account setup procedures. - Support account change requests and track their progress. - Provide administrative training and website usability assistance. - Help build and enhance our eService team, including future chat support. Who You Are: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the financial services industry, including customer service or phone experience (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Strong communication abilities, eagerness to learn, and a competitive spirit.
