*Job Description:*
* Answer 60-70 incoming calls from licensed insurance agents and brokers seeking assistance on policies and procedures. * Research customer policy guidelines and communicate accurate information back to customers. * Assist customers with registration and navigation of company registration. * Follow up with customers when necessary. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * High School Diploma. * 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment. * Minimum internet speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download (Candidates must fill out WFH sheet before submittal). *Benefits of Working Here: * * Long-term hybrid working environment. * Reputable corporate office with excellent benefits. * Significant room for growth within the company. *Work Environment:* * Training will be 6-7 weeks fully in office. * Post-training: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). * Availability required from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST) Monday - Friday, with an assigned 8-hour shift, 5 days a week (No flexibility). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
