TEKsystems is currently looking for an Elasticsearch Engineer to design, implement, and deploy strategies to improve the efficient processing of data, support back-end services, and implement testing of deployment modules. Required Skills/Essential Functions: * Experience in designing, building, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing Elastic Stack platform in on-prem and cloud environments. * Experience in Elasticsearch Painless Scripting Language and Elasticsearch Query Language * Experience in developing Logstash Pipelines (including Ruby, GROK, Regex, and so on). * Experience in developing Kibana Visualizations and dashboards. * Support installation, configuration, deployment, and administration of Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash middleware products. * Automation of administration management tasks of Elastic Stack. * Work with various teams like Software Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Solution Architecture to provide the best ELK can offer. * Experience with a linear view model of analyzing the data of Datastreams and indices from various input ingestions sources, finding the bottlenecks, and helping in root cause analysis. * Provide application ELK Enterprise architecture, implementation, setup, administration, and daily Production Support; engineer solutions to automate, streamline monitoring, alerting, and improve resiliency. * Drive from the start to the completion of the projects with respective teams to onboard their data, set up the teams, dashboards, etc. * Document the architecture, setup steps, and monitoring/support. Cross-train team members to augment the depth of support. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure; strong organizational skills; good judgment and decision-making. Skills Elk stack, kibana, elasticsearch, logstash, Linux, Aws, unix shell scripting, Monitoring tools, Solarwinds, kafka, terraform, shell script Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Kafka. Experience with DevOps including Terraform. Experience with Shell.
