*Description* The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights assortment planning Go to Market and product management activities. Acts as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned category location Briefs the product engine on the needs of the consumer for both the category/geography and upcoming trends May work across the product engines to ensure that product is being created with the retail end in mind Edits the product line for assigned location and category using both directed assortment and selecting the line outside of the global core product with a goal of meeting revenue targets Builds directed assortments that supports category vision working with geographies with retail end in mind *Skills Required:* * Previous Buyer experience * Previous Merchandising experience - highly preferred *Requirements:* Bachelors Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 1 yr Masters 0-3 yrs Associates degree 1-3 yrs High School 3-5 yrs. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.65 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a hybrid position in Beaverton,OR. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 13, 2025.
