Job Title: Software Developer - Personalization Platform Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our personalization platform team. In this role, you will work on the platform, developing and enhancing personalization features for users. Responsibilities * Code software applications to support internal business requirements and external customers, ensuring adherence to design standards. * Standardize the quality assurance procedures for software. * Oversee testing processes and develop necessary fixes. * Plan and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment, performing a variety of tasks under general supervision. * Monitor and maintain operational readiness of Middleware Applications, including those hosted in AWS cloud. * Identify opportunities for system enhancements to deliver better functionality and simplify system administration. * Facilitate and develop plans for application changes, including defect fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes. * Configure and test changes to the system, including reports, security access, and workflow. * Perform and coordinate configuration changes to the production environment. * Work closely with BA/QA team members to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested. Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in a related area. * 0 to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. * Core Java OR core Scala. * Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development field. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and coach other team members on coding practices, design principles, and implementation patterns. * Moderate-level implementation skills in building highly scalable services using SOAP and REST. * Skilled at building modern REST Web services. * Experience consuming API/web-based services. * Experience with Scala framework and/or other relevant technologies.
