Description Our team collaborates with THD Product teams to quantify the impact of their work. We use Jira to prioritize requests and typically run analyses in Google BigQuery to meet stakeholder needs. We also build Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to drill down on insights. Occasionally, we automate processes that stakeholders spend significant time on weekly. We work with retail pricing data, tracking SKU price changes over time at various locations like stores or distribution centers. They will be building the data pipeline from query creation to Tableau reporting. They will be creating tables in GCP, scheduling the queries to run on a schedule that populate the data tables, and sharing the metrics in Tableau. They should be thoughtful in every step of this process from the name of the table and the field names to the formatting of their code in the query to code review to creating an intuitive dashboard in Tableau. Being a good data storyteller is super important! Role Responsibilities: Conduct an environmental scan of all existing Tableau dashboards to identify consolidation opportunities. Work with data architecture and understand data workflows from SQL to Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to automate processes and build dashboards. Provide recommendations to stakeholders rather than just adding requested features. Experience with Google BigQuery and SQL. Previous experience at THD is a plus. Thinks about data automation. Not just cranking out reports. They need to lead and own projects and understanding the WHY. Setting their own meetings with stakeholders. PowerPoint is important here. Presentation skills once a month to the team and to the leadership team (senior director) Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
