Job Duties:

*Review the morning packet received from Bulk Handling which contains the following: Loading Reports, Inventory Control Reports for both Caustic/EDC, Tank Strapping Data, Railcar Seal Verifications, TSA Reports, Chlorine Custody Transfers, Daily Production Reports, Inspection Reports, Daily Postings, Round Sheets, Safety Equipment Check Lists, Dock Crane Check Sheet, Equipment Inspections, Bad Order Car Reports, Strapping Data.
* Confirm all documents for accuracy including the inventory control reports and gauging of strappings and make any corrections or adjustments in SAP as necessary.
* File all Bulk Handling paperwork for record retention and Audits.
* Update Inventory Roll Spreadsheet for management providing the daily production rates, ETA of Barge and Ships and the actual loadings taken from Bulk Handling Loading Morning Report. Communicate levels with T&D Supervisor.
* Update Daily Prod Report Spreadsheet for Caustic and EDC (this report keeps track of daily productions, MTD productions and Barge or Ships loaded. Copy of this report is placed in EOM packet.
* Advise Management of Inventory Levels, barges loaded, ETA Ships on daily reports.
* Process the Daily Prod Ship Report, (this is the reconciliation of all products shipped and received) and reconcile at EOM for closing. This report is added to EOM Packet.
* Balance all EDC and Caustic Tanks weekly or more often depending on issues. Reconcile physical strapping of each tank in comparison to SAP data shown as production. This report is also reconciled at EOM and added to EOM Packet.
* PGI all previous day shipments for trucks, railcars, barges and ships
* Review all inspections/calculations and accuracy of loading paperwork on all containers
* Pull all Customer orders received from Dallas and review the expected day to ship. Sort and apply an ATS with an appropriate container based off Customer specs. PGI orders once loading paperwork is received from Bulk Handling. This is done for all barges, rail cars, trucks and Ships.
* Receive COA's from Lab for Chlorine, Caustic and EDC compare specs for accuracy and sign COA then distribute to Bulk Handling. Maintain copies for record retention.
* Once a Tank is sealed by Bulk Handling, Lab will sample and generate a COA. Upon receipt of COA from Lab verify sample is in spec. If so, post production into SAP using new COA, sign COA and transmit to Bulk Handling.
* Communicate daily with Marine surveyor (Intertek/Caleb Brett) on calculations for all barges and ship loadings for accuracy. Upon agreement of product transferred into containers, receive a "Confirmed Load Report" from surveyor and file for record retention.
* Process Ingram (Marine transporter/container provider) Vessel Logs on all barges dedicated by Ingram that Convent loaded. This is used for Ingram's Accounting.
* Coordinate the Marine Schedule Report working daily with Barge Company (Ingram) and Fleets to secure vessels for loading, track barges, and communicate with Bulk Handling availability and dock space.
* Work with Laurentiu Pascu and Carrie Smedley in Dallas daily adjusting Marine Schedule, as needed, per inventory availability
* Coordinate the scheduling and communications with Dallas, Agents, Surveyors, Safety Dept and Security for all ships arriving Convent and obtaining vessels ETA's and confirmation of inventory availability. Within 18 hours of berthing of ships, obtain Crew/Gate lists and distribute to Security as well as HES. EDC Vessel Security form must be hand carried to HES (Jake Valenti).
* Comply and complete US Coast Guard Port Report identifying all barges and Ships that loaded at Convent Dock during the month and transmit documents to the Captain of the Port USCG.
* Confirm inbound railcars from CN and communicate to Bulk Handling.
* Review Track list- coordinate with Bulk Handling all cars needing to be switched. Set up car lineup for outbound cars. Trace incoming railcars using Rail Tracs to determine equipment availability.
* Update the Railcar Inventory Report for daily distribution for management. (Report goes to Steve Welch on Mondays)
* Communicate to Dallas any yard congestions or need of containers, shipment of excess and/or request extras.
* Communicate daily with the Supply Chain group in Dallas to secure SAP customer orders (utilizing DROP) for both Caustic and Chlorine railcars.
* Review Rail Tracs daily for "Hot Car List" and communicate the "Do Not Loads" to Bulk Handling. Contact Oxy Maintenance for Shop clearance.
* Update the Load and Hold cars on site in Rail Tracs.
* Complete daily reporting to Dallas and management for CL2 and LCS, work with Dallas to insure we have enough containers to meet orders
* Maintain an electronic "Seal Verification on Cl2 cars" verify each container to insure its properly secured by viewing picture taken by loader. Calculate wet pounds and Batch Chlorine cars in SAP from 302 to each container filled using proper Batch number on COA received from Lab.
* Complete calculations on weights for LCS cars, convert all to DB's.
* Batch Caustic railcar weights into the appropriate COA batch received from Lab and then re-batch into their individual Identifier number as assigned.
* Communicate with Rail Ops and CN to verify release of containers and EDI errors to Coordinator Rail Operations - Dallas
* Batch and Bill railcars in SAP for next day's outbound shipments/EDI to CN Railroad.
* Communicate with Oxy Dispatch as needed for Truck deliveries, high heels in trucks received, and/or rejected trucks.
* Process daily Truck orders and create packet for Bulk Handling submitting a Cargo Tank Inspection Report for each truck shipment and bring to Truck Rack.
* Receive notification of Raw Materials arriving plant by BOL and COA. Compare Specs in ISO for accuracy and sign COA if meets Oxy Specs. Scan copy of signed COA to Bulk Handling for approval to discharge. Trace shipments inbound daily and PGI in SAP upon arrival of product and reconcile all Raw Materials for Thio, HCL, Sulfuric Acid, and Spent utilizing a spreadsheet for each product. EOM Run MB5B for Month End Close and reconcile. Place copies of Spreadsheets into the EOM Packet.
* Document Custodian for all Bulk Handling Log Sheets (currently there are a total of 55 Forms). Update Bulk Handling Manuals and make changes as needed then distribute.
* Update Dock Operations Manual for Coast Guard as needed for both Dock copy and Bulk Handling copy. Send Certified mail to Coast Guard advising of any changes.
* Process Quarterly Shipping Report on all Convent total deliveries for rail, truck and barges for PSC reporting and forward to Chad Orillion for Quality Reporting.
* Maintain NSF system of filing, to access records on demand for Auditing purposes.
* Approve and maintain wash tickets and/or confirmation of last contents if same, for all NSF Barge loadings.
* Maintains all files for T&D department and Bulk Handling
* Maintain copies of TSA Rail Security Forms.
* Assists in processing of End of Month Close with T&D Supervisor on reports noted above as well as copying any loaded cars on site to add to EOM packet.
* Actively participates in all T&D Audits both Internal and External.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.
* High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Desired Qualifications:
* Good working knowledge of SAP.
