Job Description

In this Talent Engagement role, you will be an integral part of the Operational team, responsiblefor greeting clients and managing the reception area, client outreach, and appointmentscheduling. In this role, it is integral that you manage client information in the database and seeeach client through to completion. You will support management by gathering needed data andgenerating reports. In this role, you will also assist with new participant orientations andassembling all necessary informational materials or packets.

Qualifications

You are a self-motivated and flexible team player. You consider yourself to have

strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. You're driven and comfortablemultitasking. You take pride in your ability to recognize and solve problems as they arise. Youenjoy making connections with others both in person and over the phone. You have a High Schoolor General Education Diploma or higher and 1-2 years of clerical experience and are ready tomake an impact.
