Job Description

The Operations Program Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence by designing, implementing, and leading strategic initiatives, with a focus on technology and automation solutions. This role combines expertise in process improvement and advanced automation technologies with a proven ability to drive operational strategy, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve business outcomes. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring seamless integration of automation solutions into existing workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of current processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation and business process optimization that streamline operations and enhance resident satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map workflows, define pain points, and establish improvement goals that align with organizational objectives.

  • Design and develop optimized processes that reduce waste, enhance productivity, and meet stakeholder needs.

  • Partner with IT team to design and implement end-to-end process automation solutions.

  • Oversee the testing, deployment, and maintenance of automated processes to ensure smooth integration and performance.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of automation projects, including feasibility studies, vendor selection, testing, and deployment.

  • Provide training and support to staff on new automation tools and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to align solutions with organizational goals.

  • Monitor the performance of automated processes and track key metrics (e.g., cost savings, time efficiency, error reduction).

  • Identify further opportunities for optimization and scalability of automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and client satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in automation tools and software.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Understanding of system and process optimization

  • Proficiency with system analysis, automated products, and services

Preferred Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
