HR Operations Specialist ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENTThe HR Specialist conducts research and analyzes data, prepares metrics and reports. Regularly assess and monitor the HR's compliance with laws and regulations. This includes staying updated on any changes to legislation and recommending necessary adjustments to procedures. Conduct regular audits of HR practices and processes to identify potential compliance gaps. This proactive approach allows the department to address issues before they escalate into challenges. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, training sessions, and audits. This position involves monitoring HR compliance procedures, conducting HR audits, and providing guidance to management to minimize risks. As the HR Specialist, you will be a key player in implementing HR Operations programs, conducting audits, generating HR metrics to analyze data and maintaining a database of changes to understand when the change occurred and how we adopted the change to staying on track.
