Symetra has a superb opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Technical Program Manager! About the role The Senior Technical Program Manager is accountable for the planning and execution of medium-complexity technical programs that span technical teams and domains. As a Senior TPM, you will work closely with Product Managers and other collaborators to coordinate the delivery across multi-functional teams and manage resources to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes. You will ensure that all non-functional requirements (such as reliability, scalability, security, etc.) are documented, incorporated into plans, supervised, and implemented appropriately. You will be responsible for assisting with vendor coordination and management, assessing program needs and collaboratively identifying improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, excellent program management skills, and the ability to lead multi-functional teams toward common business goals. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range: $125,000 - $208,400 plus eligibility for annual bonus program. Who you are
