Job Title: Project Manager Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote, On-site in Massachusetts Once a Month) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to plan and manage the delivery of small to moderately complex business and clinical system solutions. This role supports our hospital's business objectives and ongoing operations by managing the System Development Life Cycle and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee system and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation, and support. * Collaborate with functional business groups, IS resources, and vendors to ensure effective system solutions. * Manage application systems and services, handling projects/programs up to $1 million. * Provide leadership and direction to the project team, maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships. * Develop project proposals, budgets, and manage resource allocation to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. * Analyze and resolve issues to prevent jeopardizing performance and meeting milestones. Skills & Qualifications: * Self-starter with the ability to work independently. * Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Expertise in vendor and stakeholder management.
