*Description (Pay is flexible - $60-$100/hr)*
- Conduct compliance reviews of swap dealer operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. - Monitor and test procedures to ensure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing and review findings. - Utilize Bloomberg and other systems to gather data and execute compliance reviews. - Analyze data and identify potential issues or risks, providing recommendations for remediation. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders. *Must Have - Skills & Qualifications* - Looking for someone with swap dealer compliance. - Advisory and large financial institutions. Specific swap dealer compliance. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
