*Start Date: *January 27th 2025 *Pay Range: *$20/hr *Bonus Opportunity: *Opportunity to qualify for bonuses up to $600 per month after 3 months of employment on contract. On average the team is averaging $500 per month in bonuses. Team bonuses are based on individuals and team goals. *Review Bonus (Eligible After 3 Months on Contract):* Every 5 star review will be compensated with a $5 bonus. (On average reps are doing 20 5 star reviews per month) *Contract Length: *6 month contract to hire *Worksite Location: *Concord, CA 94520 *Schedule: *Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm (40 hours/week within this range) Note - there may be some weekend work required on a rare case by case basis. *Training (8 weeks total):* Agents will have 6 weeks of general training on our CRM, 3rd party portals, policies, processes, procedures, and tech support. This will also cover everything customer service and tech support agents do. This will be immediately followed by 2 weeks of accounts receivables training. They will learn how to post credit notes, refunds, process check requests, adjust billing and invoices, collection calls and process collections, how to reinstate an account that's been cleared from collections, how to reinstate an account that's past due, hire to change billing recurrence, how to change billing terms, how to cancel accounts, and more. *Position Summary:* Handle and bring to resolution, inquiries from customers regarding billing; Manage outgoing phone calls. *Essential Job Functions:* * Answer incoming telephone calls and initiate outbound calls to customers (60% of the day on the phone) * Update payment methods on customers accounts * Process payments and refunds while on the phone * Initiate outbound calls to collect payments (soft collections on recently past due, max of 2 months overdue, later accounts are sent to a 3rd party collections) * Provide exceptional customer service experience * Resolve billing and customer credit issues including, but not limited to recording and reconciling payments, resolve payment discrepancies, cancellation and reinstatement of accounts * Ensure all issues are properly analyzed, documented, logged, and resolved in a timely manner * Recording and reconciling payments * Resolving payment discrepancies * Investigate and resolve discrepancies * Cancellations and reinstatements of accounts * Schedule follow up calls and tasks * Use 3rd party websites and portals to assist customers * Provide solutions to customers to prevent cancellations * Meet goals each month as outlined by direct supervisors * Adapt to dynamic environment which includes change in processes, procedures, products, etc. * Perform additional duties as required based on business needs * Should be tech savvy and be able to guide callers through technical issues while providing excellent support. * * *Company Information:* For over 70 years, our client's singular mission has been to protect the most important things in life - family, health and independence.
