Description The expectation of these folks is they will be used for project-based work along with their day to day work, such as builds and deployments on top of cleanup work. They also need to cover day to day support such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues by working with a WOW (workstation on wheels) and moving around the hospital going from location to location resolving and documenting assigned tasks within the Remedy ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude. *Attitude and customer service are very important in this environment as they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff. The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas. This position is a contract to start but there is always an opportunity to impress the management staff and find a longer-term position as we have seen that happen many times in the past. Skills* Windows, Active Directory, PC Support, Desktop, Office Additional Skills & Qualifications On a daily basis this person will be mainly taking tickets (6-10) a day.
