Reporting to the Manager, Ops Data & Process Governance Americas you will be key in enhancing OPS - Delivery processes, data quality, supply chain digitalization, and operations data delivery across the Americas region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce robust data governance policies, drive significant process improvements, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of operations data. Your contributions will optimize our operations, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and the delivery of important projects to achieve our organizational goals. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of work experience in the field of data & process governance. Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and data governance. Expertise in transportation management and logistics within the CPG sector. Technical knowledge of transactional, performance mgmt., and process mining platforms & systems. Ability to understand complex system correlations. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical prowess, enabling you to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Communicate effectively with internal customers, collaborate across diverse functional teams, and liaise with global teams to achieve common objectives. Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
