Requirements


Responsibilities
Will work with Undergraduate, Transfer, Degree Completion and Graduate Admissions Counselors.

  • Research future prospective partners. Call/email our listed contacts for our Corporate Partners to see if we have up-to-date information, and to double-check this information on our website. (COMMUNICATION)
  • Verify partners under the EdAssist and EdCor systems. (COMMUNICATION)
  • Create/ design flyers for our Partners for site visits or virtual info sessions. Email/text the flyers via Outlook and Mongoose. (TECHNOLOGY)
  • Email, text (Mongoose), or call prospective students, applicants or admitted students to schedule appts (Calendly) with counselors, or to notify our students regarding missing items for their admission file, or to remind them about registration. (TEAMWORK, PROFESSIONALISM, TECHNOLOGY, and COMMUNICATION).
  • Join in Virtual Information Sessions as a student - to provide student perspective. Can also participate as a session leader in a breakout room. Create Powerpoint slides for the Information Session. (TEAMWORK, TECHNOLOGY, PROFESSIONALISM, LEADERSHIP and CRITICAL THINKING).


Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Quick to learn data entry.
