We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position ofSurface Leaderwithin U.S. Onshore Resources & Carbon Management - Enhanced Oil Recovery (ORCM EOR) Waterflood team located inOdessa, TX. The Surface Leader supervises a team of surface expertsand contractors that focus on operational surface remediation in assigned areas. Roles and Responsibilities: * Manage surface direct reports with performance goals, standards, surface operational strategies and best practices to ensure business plan execution
Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations and maintenance Experience:5+ years of industry experience in operations, production, and maintenance Professional and Technical Knowledge/Qualifications/Licenses/Certifications:
