Overview

The role is responsible for overseeing daily operations including the administration of all workplace management and facilities software applications. This individual will play an essential role driving the implementation of technology enhancements and serve as the main point of contact for all service requests (digital booking, service ticketing, sensor technology, hoteling space, security access, etc.). They will be responsible for ensuring optimal system functionality which includes user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. This role will also focus on analysis of workplace utilization metrics to make data-driven recommendations and drive continuous improvements. Specialized expertise in data analytics, reporting, and integrated Workplace Management Software expertise is required.



Responsibilities

    Serve as administrator for all Workplace Management & Facilities software.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive technology-based enhancements
  • Lead departmental projects including the implementation of new workplace management software.
  • Optimize integration with existing applications to enable a seamless digital experience for all users.
  • Serve as SME for all workplace systems (i.e. service tickets, sensor technology, digital reservations, security)
  • Provide end-user support including technical training, troubleshooting, & conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with IT and external vendors to refine system functionality based on requirements.
  • Develop training materials and conduct web-based training sessions for all users.
  • Manage user access and serve as the national contact for system-related issues.
  • Perform regular analysis and reporting across multiple systems.
  • Compile metrics related to space utilization, occupancy rates, and system performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or HS Diploma with equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of Facilities or Workplace Management experience in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of service ticketing systems, sensor technology, and security software.
  • Experience analyzing workplace utilization metrics to make data driven solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (iWMS)
  • Knowledge of service ticketing systems, sensor technology, and security software.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, v-lookups)
  • Ability to prepare system related data for analysis, benchmarking, and report generation.
