Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our team! In this important role you will be responsible for leading and managing initiatives that support the successful delivery of new process and standardization to our internal customers. This involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and business objectives. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, technical resources and client stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.

As Lead Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating captivating & impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing manner
  • Working closely with the team to understand their goals and transform their ideas into compelling stories that resonate with audiences
  • Translatingbusiness needs into engaging narratives to drive the success of standardization and efficiencies
  • Managingkey timelines and effectively communicate with various teams
  • Connecting with diverse stakeholders and managingmultiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Implementing best practices and methodologies
  • Providing support to the team, including taking meeting notes, documenting key actions, and handling other administrative tasks
  • Streamliningoperations and ensuringthat the team stays focused on their goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership
  • Effectively communicatingproject status and progress to all stakeholders
  • Managing expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into engaging new processes and perspectives
  • Strong organizational skills to manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects
  • Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role, to bring a deep understanding of the demands and challenges of the position
  • Liaison with business stakeholders and Leadership to regularly update business knowledge content/repository
  • Maintain organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools and other Infographic tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience
  • Demonstrated practical experience in Lean Six Sigma methods and techniques
