100% Work from Home Job Description: - Initiate outbound calls with the intent to contact customers reaching the end of their lease. - Utilize the lease-end WIPS call model to advise and educate the customer on their lease-end options, obligations, and to promote Brand, Dealer, and loyalty - Receive inbound calls from lease-end customers, servicing accounts relating to end of term processes and procedures. - Perform noting, coding and updating entries in business systems - Deliver an excellent customer experience executing active listening, proper tone and excellent use of business language and anticipating customer wants and needs Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
