We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing / Purchasing Specialist to support a national retailer on their SAP Ariba platform. You will be responsible for providing support for business partners within SAP Ariba platform related invoice & PO generation issues, approval bottlenecks, and payment processing issues. The ideal candidate can come from an Accounts Payable or Accounts receivable experience or have provided technical support on SAP payment software. This role is combination of providing end users how to navigate Ariba & payment process, and escalating software issues to technical teams. This role will require the individual to work 2 days a week onsite at their Aurora, IL location. Description The Procurement / AP support Specialist will primarily support SAP Ariba and non-SAP Financial systems on a day-to-day basis, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents, testing new major and minor releases, and participating in and leading projects related to, and in support of, our Finance & Administration business partners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge required. * Experience working in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing and / or working with SAP Ariba preferred. * Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
