*Job Description:* * Complete given cases/assignments * Order an exam and identify the total risk * Experience looking at prescription history and reviewing medical records * Screen medication data for life insurance applications * Analyze high risk medications * Assessment of adverse health information relating to classification of risk * Screen life insurance applications for selection of standard and substandard risks * Evaluate health information received with add-ons and reinstatements * MIB code reporting and interpretation of MIB code data * All duties require identification of medical terminology *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Must have 2+ years of Life Underwriter experience * Experience in iPipeline's Resonant Underwriting workbench * Medical Terminology * Knowledge and identification of off-label medication uses/reviewing medical records * Experience working case limit of $100,000 or more * Experience working signing authorities over $100k * Experience with following programs: Swiss Re, RGA, underwriting Manuals, Score, [underwrite.me](https://underwrite.me/), John Hancock) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $38.46 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully remote position. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 10, 2025.
