Currently looking to hire IT support technician with strong knowledge Point of sale (POS) equipment supporting a large regional organization. You will tackle POS related issues and escalate them as necessary. The ideal candidate will a 2-3 years in POS management systems (OLO, R365, Aloha), experience adding/ deleting & making changes for users within Active Directory, and track record of providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities & Ideal Skillset: o Prior experience troubleshooting POS related issues (hardware, software, network issues,) o Basic understanding of multilane EFT terminals and payment systems o Basic understanding of networking concepts / pinging IPs, IP configuration, ensuring devices can connect to the network - They will be working with instore technicians to ensure that all of the brick & motor credit card readers are working properly. o Excellent customer service skills - they will be working with technicians who will be physically in the stores doing the terminal upgrades triaging all of the issues that are happening in the stores Benefits Information Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
